I would give the service here a minus if I could! Took my mother who’s in her 70’s to Harold Wood Urgent treatment centre Friday evening as she had been feeling dizzy and loosing her balance. The GP that was on was very rude, condescending, unhelpful and generally made us feel like we were interrupting her evening! She told us that she couldn’t run any tests there, could not refer us or give us any medication…. Today I had an appt at HW Polyclinic for an MRI in the temporary caravan type set-up outside. What a pleasant experience,. Firstly I had to check in at the main desk in the polyclinic to register my car and the receptionist, I believe her name is Toni was so welcoming and helpful, giving me the PIN number I needed to register my car. Then straight into the MRI bit where I was met by the lovely lady doing the MRI who totally put me at ease and made me comfortable .
