I spoke with Harold on the phone today regarding a private mortgage, and I found him to be straightforward and honest. To be honest, he didn’t want to take on my mortgage because of the reviews from some of you out there. The man is just trying to make an honest living. The issue people had before was with a contractor and edlery lady who received the funds to complete the work not Harold. He was simply the lender.
