Dr. Masuda is very patient and thorough when performing the refraction exam. In 8 years I have never had anything but a perfect prescription. Leonard, Dr. Masuda's in house lab man, is an artist at fitting frames, and can make even badly mangled frames like new. I strongly recommend Town Center Optometry in Montebello.
