Bathrooms not anywhere near the play ground and no splash pad like other small parks. I do have to walk back and forth from play ground across the park to the bathroom with a toddler who pees every 10 min. Just need some upgrades folks .....get to it. Lowell resident and been here since 2003. Do better, Lowell!!
Great little park. Picnic area is great and the EV chargers are very convenient. My son lives the playground and we always try to stop by when passing through Lowell. Restrooms are functional but a little basic.
We had so much fun. Will return! Small little area but it’s a childhood park feel and I am so happy I stopped
