Venue itself is fine but the customer service via the council is abysmal. I've hired the space in past and have since stopped due to their awful service. Very slow response rate and changing up on agreed conditions AFTER I've paid.
We set up our softplay here for a bubs first birthday party and the venue was amazing and very well lit! Parking was a bit of a hassle though (for us to unload anyway) due to height clearance, but they have plenty of parking for guests. Good venue for an intimate party :)
I’m honestly shocked by the cost. We paid around $350 for a child under 10 — for 2 flu vaccines and 2 appointments, including one simple follow-up visit. The service was fine, but the pricing felt excessive and wrong. Families deserve bulkbillls, especially for follow-up appointment and if you have 2 sick kids. How much do you have to pay really?
Timber flooring is actually one of the best, and location is very convenient, just next to the light rail stop and in a converted industrial warehouse.
