They sent the bill to the wrong address, never contacted me to find the correct address, so they just sent the bill to a debt collection agency.
I received a bill in the mail. I left numerous messages to make a payment with no call back. And now my bill has been sent to collections. Every time I call I am told there is only 1 person that can take the payment but never get a call back. I am extrememly frustrated. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone just to avoid this.
Dr. Hull is very kind, informative, and professional. I would highly recommend anyone to go and see him. I recommend him to my own family members and ; in fact, will be taking my mother to see him today. 😊
Sent one bill at the time of service then turns you over to a collection agency. No phone call - nothing. I instantly paid what I thought was the bill but I guess this doctor bills separate from the office. Waste of time going to both the ENT and Dr. Hull.
