Dr. Milstein has always taken very good care of me. He is a super nice person and treats you with respect and caring. Today I called to make an appointment with him to check lesions on my scalp. The telephone answering system commands you to make several button pushes before you actually talk to a person. The person I spoke to asked for info as to name, dob, and phone number as well as service I desired. This rating is not for Dr. Milstein himself. Dr. Milstein is a wonderful doctor and was the one who found my skin cancer on my face. He was so kind to my elderly mother and has taken care of all of our skin needs throughout all of these years. My entire family have been going to Milstein for 30+ years. We started in the Roxborough office and followed him to the Suburban General Office. During these years, we rarely were ever taken on time for our appointment. We waited up to an hour for most of our appointments. We still ret... read more
