Like others have said he is very rude and arrogant. Avoid going to him. He makes patients feel terrible
This gentleman is a 5 star physician. I have worked in healthcare for over 25 years. Dr. Grafstein is professional, knowledgeable, polite, and kind. He is thorough and encourages questions during the appointment and even afterwards. His office staff is top notch. They have taken very good care of me over the years and are all very nice and helpful.
