Two technicians arrived at my residence to check my HVAC system. After checking the outside unit and going up into the attic I was told I needed a whole new system. I was advised they were not compatible and their service manager would contact me regarding prices on a new unit. The following morning I awoke to my ceiling dripping water and partial collapse.
