Wonderful Experience!! – FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGABLE, COMPASSIONATE...Insurance is a hard concept to grasp, and Harold and his team always take the time to explain every coverage and detail to me in a way that makes me understand it. Great Service!! – I've had my insurance (home and car) through Harold Campbell State Farm for quite a few years and I can't say enough about their great service. When I call the office I always get prompt service. I have had to make a couple of claims over the years and it was always a pleasant experience. I happened to mention the loss of one of my pets when I called the office to ask about one of my policies - the staff all signed a card and I received it the next day. Not even worth one star! – YOU WILL NOT BE VALUED OR RESPECTED AT THIS BUSINESS. Terrible! Awful! While I never dealt with Mr. Campbell, I did deal with his office staff. The older front officer woman there tried to tell me that the documents I faxed over never arrived, regardless of the CONFIRMATION PAGE!!! As a result of this, my registration was CANCELED and she could care less, demanding that I was to wait on her to "look over the documents" for assistance.
