After months of effort, the issue has finally been resolved. However, the resolution required significant time and resources to rectify a multitude of errors, which ultimately were attributable to the individual at the front desk, perhaps Nellie or another employee. The front desk lady Nealie referred to my as dumb. Not sure that’s real “life coach” material nor good for my mental health. Avoid at all costs.
