Excellent Experience I have only one word to describe my experience with the office of Harold Krueger, DDS: ??Excellent!? I took my 78 year old mother to his practice to have two extractions, #17 and #18, which were not easy extractions--plus my mother was very nervous. She does not speak English, to make matters more interesting. In her own words, Dc. Krueger was ??so gentle and caring.? Kruger II Harold A DDS Not a very happy guy at all it seemed. Not a very friendly dental office. Very fake and just plain rude at times. I'm sure his work is good, but you'll be charged an arm and a leg.
Agree with lacking personal skills I was recommended by my dentist and didn't take the time to research other options. I wish I had. I agree with the other reviewer, I found Dr Krueger, confrontational, impatient, in-tolerant, and lacking the ability to be patient friendly. It was clearly all about him. His attitude set the pace for the rest of the office staff as well. I wouldn't recommend this doctor and suggest looking at your other options as I am sure you will find a much better experience some where else.
People Skills are Lacking Dr. Krueger performed oral surgery on our 84-year-old, hearing disabled mother. We were informed of Dr. Krueger's good reputation and we do not question his surgical skills (yet), though there were complications. However, as far as the family is concerned he is lacking in personal skills. When he made a "courtesy call" the evening following the surgery, my sister asked a few questions and he cut her off abruptly, saying, "This is a courtesy call. "Ok" Dentist/Surgeon I went to Dr. Krueger back in 1993 when I needed my wisdom teeth pulled. Very nice, fancy office. They explained everything in full detail as far as how much I would have to pay and what to expect. They had to put me under a general anestesia. I never did have problems healing, but as the years went on, I found that they didn't remove all of the tooth. I still have pieces sticking out of my gum. I called his office, but they were going to charge me just to be seen.
