I just started seeing this Dr J Haro but i didn;t see hem was not appointment available for 2 weeks and his Nurse practitioner been take care me but they give me a referral from a Dr that he. number is offline, I call to verify the number that they gave printed Referral and I call twice to the office and they hang up like this while I'm waiting in line that is a Bad service there is no professionalism!!!!AT ALL……

I've research Dr Haro's reviews and he seems to be good, however appt scheduler and staff over the phone never picks up a call and put me on hold for more than 15min. Not sure if it's worth to go. Office manager should be able to fix this issue, since I've read on reviews, front desk staff is awful.
Dr. Haro is a wonderful Doctor and I continue to go to him over 4 years in spite of the poor customer service by the staff. Previously they had a professional receptionist, Lily Vera, at the Pembroke Pines office who is sorely missed. Her friendliness and attention to all was admirable. I visited the Dr March 31 and for some reason the refills didn’t go thru to pharmacy. I returned in person Apr 5 and requested the refill again. No action.
