I rarely leave reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others about my experience. I hired Bikku to renovate my basement, and what was supposed to be a smooth and exciting project turned into an absolute nightmare. From the beginning, there were red flags — poor communication, missed deadlines, and careless work. Despite raising concerns early on, nothing improved.
