J’ai appelé pour savoir le prix de l’essence et je n’ai particulièrement pas apprécié la façon dont on m’a répondu. La dame parlait bête “est ce que je peux savoir qui parle?” et un “bye” sec à la fin de l’appel pour conclure. Il s’agirait de revoir le service à la clientèle au téléphone. Je suis qu’un étudiant qui cherchait à potentiellement trouvé un endroit où le gaz était moins cher vu les prix énormes en ce moment.
