Honest and excellent experience. Michael and his team were professional, honest, and genuinely helpful from the moment I walked in. He clearly explained everything, never pushed unnecessary work, and provided outstanding customer service. Even without an appointment, he was able to help me and had everything taken care of the same day. It’s hard to find a shop that’s this trustworthy and reliable. I’ll definitely be returning for any future needs and highly recommend them to others!
Someone attempted to break into my car and damaged my door handle, so I brought my car here for repairs. From the moment I walked in, everyone was kind, professional, and honest. Best experience I've had with collision repair. The staff were professional and courteous Mike was amazing, very friendly he remembered my car and name, he went out of his way to explain and showed me the work performed. I was recently in a car accident and the insurance company suggested i go to CarStar. I called and was greeted by a friendly guy named Mike. He took all my information and scheduled my appointment to bring my car in. He also helped me schedule my rental car, and scheduled them to pick me up at CarStar the day I was to drop off my car. He made the whole process seamless. He kept me updated and communicated every few days to let me know what was going on with my car. I would highly recommend CarStar, to anyone.
