If we could leave no stars, we would. We have been with Harnish ever since it was Studer Insurance Group, so a long, long time. For the past three to four years, we have had significant increases in our policies, which have come with no heads up as to how we might be able to lower these. We called each time to question these increases, and were told each time that someone would review our policies and get back to us. Suffice to say, we always had to call the office at least a couple of times to get a response....and this mos... read more
