Front desk staff is wonderful. Nurses are wonderful. However Dr O is not so much. Was almost 20 weeks along and maybe had 10 minutes in total of her time. Explained to her my complications with first pregnancy. Had UNC send over my charts. Dr O didn’t bother reading over them. Didn’t consider me high risk after first pregnancy issues. Plus I had a ER trip during this pregnancy already. I love Dr. Zich and his staff. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. They all took care of me while I was pregnant and if I ever needed them, they were sure to see me.
Love Dr. Zich and staff!! I wouldn't go anywhere else! Made me feel comfortable during pregnancy and he was great during delivery!
On my 1st visit everyone was just great. The Dr. gave great hope for my problem. On the second visit, the Dr. was very unfriendly with me and told me I would just have to live with my pain. Not a very pleasant visit.
