Everyone is so kind and helpful
The service received was excellent however the automated scheduling system should receive a 1-Star. The system notified me via email to arrive at 0630 and the clinic doesn’t open until 0730, in fact registration doesn’t open until 0700. The staff was great!
Dr Lokhande and Dr Bhavin Patel are wonderful docs that saved my life!!!! I arrive to office for follow up and waited 10 minutes just to check in even though I was at the window. Someone who checked in earlier was asked more questions about if he got a test done or not. 1- patients last name was said as well as what test. Violation- 2 no harm or foul to bring him back into the hallway privately asking questions. The Assistant to Dr was extremely serious wouldn’t crack a smile. We need good bedside manner.
