The person I talked to today had the worst customer service skills! She honestly couldn't care less about helping with a prescription for my husband. We understand there is a backorder on Mounjaro, however, my husband has diabetes and our physician, who is in the Bon Secours network. prescribed it for him. Bon Secours, you can do better or can you? Customers and patients do pay your salary!
I always get an attitude over the phone when i call about my prescriptions. After dealing with rude people all day at my job, it would be nice to be treated like a human being not treated like a nuisance. On top of that, i work at the hospital, and my insurance will only cover this pharmacy. At least accommodate your hours to those of us who work at the hospital during the week. Its frustrating
Their hours are within/less than normal business hours. No weekends. My shift at the hospital is 8-430/5 across town. I end up losing my entire lunch break racing across town middle of the day and back. With caseload it is difficult to shift my schedule to leave early. Kicker is hospital insurance will only cover this pharmacy. Please extend your hours to accommodate hospital staff.
