I really like Dr. Woo the way he explained issues and how he is going to resolved them. But the problem is the staff do not answer the phone or return your call. Been calling all week with no response. I think I am going to another urologist. Cannot afford to have the surgery have a problem and cannot get anyone to talk to. I’ve been a patient of Dr Kenneth Woo for almost 2 decades and he is a great doctor! I have had many medical issues and his knowledge and care have been outstanding! I highly recommend Dr Woo!
