My late father was a patient of his for years. I would go to appts with him and he didn’t listen to my concerns. My dad died in nursing home at elderwood in Lockport ny and this dr.clerk signed the death certificate and my dad had covid 19 at least 2 or 3 times so covid 19 was a factor in my dad's death and I will be getting the proof from elderwood on paper and I may be filing a lawsuit against this doctor clerk for not putting covid 19 as factor in my dad's death
