Office staff, give you the runaround, tell you they're going to schedule an appointment and then get back on the phone and tell you they're going to have to call you back for that appointment. And then never call you very inconvenient Considering the doctor himself is telling me to make the appointment then, Vicky does what she wants.
Great doctor for 30 years.
My late father was a patient of his for years. I would go to appts with him and he didn’t listen to my concerns. He’s also the doctor for Elderwood in Lockport where my dad ended up, unfortunately (horrible facility, but that’s another story). My dad ended up passing from the Covid he got there in Jan 2021.
