I usually have good experiences at this GP practice and have always been treated with kindness and patience by the other doctors. However, my recent appointment with Dr M Arshad was extremely upsetting and disappointing. He is by far the most rude doctor I have ever encountered at this GP practice. Don’t know where to start … shambolic service cannot even cater to the bare needs of patients Your waiting eternity for an appointment only to be told there is none .. wonderful
