We are from Canada and working in Texas. We were referred to Hung Nguyen by friends. He processed our tax return and said all we needed to do was complete ITIN forms and submit ( he even gave us an addressed envelope), as this firm didn't deal with ITIN forms (these forms are completed when claimimg dependents, which you would thing would be fairly common). Amazing staff very smooth process. Walking in the door You are great, should I staff? Which men looks over your paperwork verifies everything is in order and send you directly to your tax service professional. Every process for your taxes (even when filing for extensions) is done with extreme professionalism. The firm was highly recommended to my husband and I, via friends over 3 years ago and since then, we have Recommended more than five additional individuals two the firm for their taxes. I was blind sided by the disrespectful and unprofessional treatment I received earlier today by Rampal Nguyen. I am not a new client but haven't used the company in years and have not had issues previoustill today, my reason for returning. I live in Katy and drove over an hour in traffic to get to Friendswood location, once I saw ran into traffic I sent a txt to notify Rampal I'll be arriving close to my 1pm appointment.
