They assure patients that they are available 24/7. This is not true. Every call goes to a call center, with long periods of call waiting. They say there will be a call back…which does not always happen. They let us down two weeks ago and we ended up taking my 101 year old (WWII vet) father to emergency room because they failed to respond. Today is Black Friday and their offices are Closed. Thankful for this home visiting medical group. My mom couldn’t get to her primary after being in the hospital. I called HarmonyCares Medical Group and registered my mom. I scheduled a home visit and they were able to come and see my mom for a post hospital stay appointment. The provider and his medical assistant were excellent! They took their time and really listened to my mom.
