I have had the opportunity to know Harmony Cares both personally and professionally. One of the Physicians had taken care of my Father. Her care was above and beyond which reflected the commitment in her practice. She spent time listening and reassuring my Mother who was the primary caregiver. Professionally, Kelly is a respected colleague. She is dedicated and compassionate in what she does. She is an asset and resource to many members of our Home Health and Hospice team.
Everyone I come in contact with at Harmony Cares is professional, efficient and nice! Their service is exceptional and Kelly, their liaison is always super helpful. I am proud to work closely with them for my patients and would recommend their group for myself and my family!
Harmony Cares is an amazing resource for aging members of the community. As a SW who often refers families, it is a breath of fresh air to work with a group (especially my liaison Kelly Liberato!) that is so thorough, quick to respond, and dedicated to assisting patients and families in navigating their healthcare in the comfort of their own homes.
