I sent blood draw/urine sample orders to them twice to prepare for my mom's Dr appt. They came a few days prior to do both. On the day of the appt, the urine was still sitting in the fridge and the blood draw results had not been sent to the Dr. Terrible service!
My experience with Harmony Cares Medical Group (VPA) has been positive and uplifting. I am a complex patient. But they are professional though all of my surgeries and physical therapy. I would recommend if you want to get back on your feet. You would contact there agency.
Nurse practitioner and nurses are great! What sucks is you can't get the office to pick up or return calls..sometimes it takes days or longer for a return call ...if you even get a call back!
I have been here 3 years. I have had a great experience with who comes out to see me. I have seen Doug Eepply and Abby Neff most people have trouble taking blood from me they always are able to get it. They listen to my health concerns and are very good at explaining what they can do to help.
Love Doug and Thomas. But April in the office is totally rude, dismissive, and has the attitude that helping you is a hassle.
