Management here is amazing, I've never had an apt this nice and I've lived in other States, and many different apartment complexes. I had an issue and they made sure I understand any confusion and were actually super polite about it not like other places I've lived at. Highly recommend!
They are very greedy with all of the fees they charge. I pay almost $300 extra a month in fees. They charge you a fee just to email you a bill. I already felt ripped off by the high rent and fees but now the are offering new renters better prices. There is a high turnover in residents due to all of the problems. The building is poorly constructed and there is no soundproofing so you are constantly being disturbed by neighbors or outside noise. I’ve lived here for 2 and a half years and I’ve been so happy with the space! It’s a bit bittersweet because this is my last month living here and I’ve been so happy here. The apartment layouts are amazing and super spacious. I loved the amenities and it’s in a great location. If you ever have an issue with anything the maintenance team is quick and efficient.
