They are very greedy with all of the fees they charge. I pay almost $300 extra a month in fees. They charge you a fee just to email you a bill. I already felt ripped off by the high rent and fees but now the are offering new renters better prices. There is a high turnover in residents due to all of the problems. No nearby grocery store. I’ve lived here for 2 and a half years and I’ve been so happy with the space! It’s a bit bittersweet because this is my last month living here and I’ve been so happy here. The apartment layouts are amazing and super spacious. I loved the amenities and it’s in a great location. If you ever have an issue with anything the maintenance team is quick and efficient. Have been living in this community for 3 years due to how centric the area is. Great location. Rent is quite high, but it just comes with the market. Management in the front office are adequate i’d say. Brian, the previous community manager was such a rockstar &made a positive experience. He is greatly missed!
