Lived here in the past. Absolutely dreadful
Lived here for 4 years now, maintenance crew is amazing! I’m not one to put in many work orders unless it’s something i have no idea how to fix, but any time I have an issue their staff are quick to come by and take care of any issues I’m having.
I haven’t even been living here for 1 month, it’s been about 2 1/2 weeks, and have already gotten a parking ticket in an area the office told me we could park. When my boyfriend went to explain this to the office team they had to sympathy or apologies, even though they were the ones who told us we would be just fine parking there. The parking situation is just terrible, if you have 2 cars you might as well sell one because they only allow 1 parking spot, and don’t give you any reason as to why you can’t have a second one. John in maintenance was awesome! Came super quick and rebuilt my patio light so i didnt have to wait for a new one to be ordered. Very friendly to me and my dogs! Great work John!!
