Barley moved in here and was yelled at by management in front of other residents at the pool, WORSE MANAGEMENT EVER! My nieces were banned permanently just for touching the net to clean the pool no warnings at all and a fee and banned from all amenities for 30 days mind you no warning and i’ve only been here for two weeks as well they tried to accuse me and family of trespassing the pool at 1am when that was not us and i took responsibility in the other accident. They are very greedy with all of the fees they charge. I pay almost $300 extra a month in fees. They charge you a fee just to email you a bill. There is a high turnover in residents due to all of the problems. The building is poorly constructed and there is no soundproofing so you are constantly being disturbed by neighbors or outside noise. There are a lot of problems with this complex and the property management company Greystar. The main issue for me was what some people refer to as "thin walls." It is easy to hear your neighbors, even if they are not loud, and if they are loud you will be in a world of hurt. You can hear people closing their doors and walking in the hallway above you.
