Last year I had the opportunity to join the Amanda's in Xinalani for my first yoga retreat and enjoyed every aspect of this experience! Having the option to choose what classes or meditations I wanted to participate in was perfect. It meant I didn't feel obligated to attend every class, especially if I wanted to go on an excursion or have some extra beach time. Best yoga instructor I've ever had the pleasure of practicing with. Super knowledgeable about the human body, movement, Ayurvedic practices, and multiple styles of yoga. Always offers modifications to suit your level. Nice studio - clean, intimate, great playlists and easy to access in downtown Haliburton. Would also highly recommend any and all Mexico/Costa Rica/etc retreats being offered.
