Don’t waste your time here. For every appointment my wife and I had here, we’ve sat in the waiting room for at least an hour. Ridiculous. There was one instance where we had a 9am appointment. Three other couples came in for the same time. Why would they schedule more than one person for the same time slot? We waited for an hour that day. Additionally, Dr. Mazidi was extremely rude. I waited over a year after my surgery to write this, and I can honestly say my quality of life has improved tenfold. Dr. Mazidi was consistently pleasant, professional, and patient—he answered every question, offered clear advice, and respected my choices for my own body. He also ordered thorough tests and never rushed the process. Reception was always kind (and yes, busy—but understandable). I’m deeply grateful to Dr. Mazidi and his team—thank you for helping give me my life back.
The sonographer’s name was Natalia. She was terrible BOTH times I went. First time: she pretended to not hear me when asking her questions & mumbled answers when I asked more directly & brought that to her attention. She rudely left my husband behind an awkward curtain instead of inviting him to look at the ultrasound screen.
