Terrible customer service! Dropped clothes off on a Friday, was promised them the following Tuesday. Thursday morning I went to find out why they weren't delivered on Tuesday, or Wednesday and was told one pair of pants would not be ready until Friday. I asked for them back, as I have an event that I am flying away for early Friday morning where I wanted to wear them, but was told I could not have them as they were now in New Jersey. I’ve been using this cleaners for years. The owner is a hard working and reliable person. I came to know this place from another neighborhood and I am glad to know this place. Trustworthy, very accommodating, and kind.
