I scheduled an appointment online because of back and neck pain. It was confirmed when scheduled and the morning of the appointment I received a reminder. Jen called 15 minutes before the appointment to tell me she double booked my appointment and the following appointment time. She needed to cancel. I had left work early and was almost there when she called. Very unorganized and unprofessional. I will not reschedule with her.

Awesome experience. JEN is great at what she does, has an innate ability to make you feel comfortable and special, and has the knowledge and talent to make you feel better. Loved it!
