I strongly believe in pushing all of life’s limits and unfortunately that has left my body in chronic pain. From Olympic lifting to snowboarding, motorcycles and CrossFit comps. Her knowledge and gentle spirit will immediately put you at ease. I met Christina in 2008, I think, but can't imagine my life without her in it!
