My mom has been a resident at Care One Jackson for four years. The staff is wonderful and attentive, my mom has bonded with a few of the nurses and aids that provide her care. A few that stand out are Liz, Lucy, Tracy, Forest Jean, CheeChee, Pam and Bernie. My father spent his last months in the care of the folks at Harmony Village at CareOne Jackson. I am thankful that we found them. I slept better each night knowing that he was in the care of the staff there. The care he received there was spectacular. They treated him not so much like a patient but like he was family. This community is really invested in its residents. Stacy Estelle in particular is so involved in our loved one’s day to day activities. I have partnered with her to make sure that the resident’s have the best experience and she’s been so supportive and loving to my mother. We’ve partnered on getting the community many activities and Stacy has done so much. I was the owner of a home health care business and had many customers that resided in assisted living facilities.
