Awful lot of good reviews from people with dead pets. My cat is currently in medical emergency after spending 600 dollars yesterday. Now they took 6.5 hours to return my emergency call and tell me I need to take him somewhere that has the equipment for his emergency care. Hopefully he survives but by the numbers of people posting about their dead pets and the slow response time. I can only pray that the er helps
