to whom it may concern my name is Carlos Colorado I hate to complain about this place but I have visited this place on three or four different times had surgery done on two of my dogs monkey and Chloe surgery came out good and I had no complaints until now so I visit this place with Chloe on two different times the staff there insisted that I needed blood work for the first visit with Chloe on the second visit the vet wanted to do blood work again But we already had done blood work so since I'm not a vet I went with there d... read more
I spent over a 1000.00 dollars to have one of my dogs hips fixed now when I try to make appointment they want me to put a 20.00 deposit no other vet does this to me this is totally wrong to do I have never missed an appointment when I made them for my pets now I have to drive to zephyrhills take me dogs to a vet because they are more flexable and you do not need to put a deposit before going it will cost me just 106 dollars to get my 2 puppies vaccinated thats all together not seprate. $20 appt deposit is your first warning! I was not told when I made my appt that I would not be allowed in and would be sitting in my car in a long line with 2 wailing cats. You can forget your appt.time and a refund if you leave. After 30 minutes I left as it was crazy set up! Come to find out their exam fee is $15 more. Low cost non-profit? Place is a rip-off.
Went to harmony vet care for a second opinion when our own vet said to put our dog down. .Harmony gave us options and answers which we didn't receive at our own vet.Hopefully everything turns out OK but even if it doesn't we're happy with the help and the answers and the care that harmony vet and Doctor Quinn showed us.The staff is helpful, caring and have answers to the customers.
Just what I needed, to find a vet that could do the job at a reasonable price and in a caring manner. I had four kittens come down in my wall and had to cut them out. Two weeks after rescuing 3 of them the runt fell down. What a beautiful little blessing she has been. I learned of this clinic. I am so grateful for the services that they provided to the Wall kitty (new breed, LOL). She was too little at 1.25 lbs in spite of being the right age to spay when I first took her in.
