Tammi is an excellent bookkeeper and has helped me with my income tax filings for two years now. She's skilled, professional, fast and reasonably priced. I wholeheartedly recommend her services, no reservations.
My sibling, an immigrant, submitted the tax docs a while back and would just like to know an approx date by when the tax return can be done. Yet, Harmony does not answer any phone calls or emails or any queries posed. Absolutely non-responsive. At this rate, we don't know whether to approach another tax-person or to file the tax return ourselves. Ghosting is not okay in personal relationships, how can it be okay in professional, paid services?
