All of the medical staff I interacted with were fantastic. They all had great attitudes, were joking around with me and were very reassuring. I could tell they took my anxieties seriously and genuinely wanted to make me feel better about my procedure. From the check in to me leaving, everyone was truly great.
I just wanted to thank the entire staff for being very kind and reassuring. I had a routine procedure and I was terrified of the anesthesia. I was validated and never dismissed, everyone was amazing. I can't thank everyone enough for their professionalism, knowledge and care!
Reception was good nurses and the others are very friendly
