Zero stars.*my mom had BEDSORES FROM NEGLECT SHE IS NOW DEAD!!!!this is now Q&R Adult care and DUSTY is the owner! My mom died here of NEGLECT she had multiple strokes IN A WHEELCHAIR ALONE and was never brought to the hospital until it was too late. The people at the hospital confirmed that she was neglected and filed an APS REPORT. Im scared for the residents here. watch out for Dusty the owner she will literally hire ANYBODY to work here they dont care about the residents they only care about getting paid. I have been a resident of the Orchard Hills location for 9 months. I enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and the friendliness of the residents and staff. Because of the healthy meals and the caregivers attention to detail I have been able to work towards my weight loss goals at a steady rate. I feel completely at home and feel I get the assistance and encouragement I need to maintain my independence and well being.
