The main issue is parents that can't manage to move out of the way in pickup. They seem to be under the impression that they are so special as to hold up traffic, and everyone waiting. They can't move forward, can't move out of the way and seem to misunderstand that Lane's do not equal parking spots.
Harmony is a great school. The teachers care and academics are far above public school academics.
