Wow, they did amazing with my two nervous dogs. Rare to have such a gentle experience where we can go at the dogs’ pace. Can’t wait to bring them back for their checkup.
We have been to our fair share of vets but Harmony Road is different. They truly listen and care. They walk through all the scenarios for you and never pressure you into anything. You feel like family when you are in there. I was going monthly for one of my older dogs for shots to help him walk and they would be so accommodating to me as a mom with two small kids and an elderly dog who was having trouble with mobility. Our first time at this practice and it was outstanding! From making the appointment, during it and the unprompted follow-up from one of the assistants just a few minutes ago; everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. The office was impeccably clean. We saw Doc who not only did not hurry us but spent time before the appointment to review notes about our dog Hallie's medical history.
