I’m really disappointed with my experience so far. I’ve been trying to get in touch to book an appointment for a group of 10, and despite multiple calls, voicemails, and even texts (as listed on the website), I haven’t received a single response. If this is due to an incorrect or outdated phone number being listed, that should really be addressed. It’s frustrating, especially since I’ve heard great things about this place. I walked in with my back hurting so bad I was walking like a question mark, and the staff treated me with so much kindness I thought they were trying to recruit me into a cult of hospitality.
