Best customer service ever! They work so hard to quickly fix any issues we are having. The staff are so friendly and always know your name when you come into their store. Love them!
These people are the pool whisperers! As a new pool owner, I spent years going to different pool stores and thousands of dollars chasing my green-pool-tail. It would take me weeks and hours of work to get my pool clear. For the second year in a row, after opening my pool was clear in a week after opening. Ok, so I feel like I've been in contact in some capacity with almost every pool company in my immediate area. They are all generally fine. Harmony Pools, though - wow. My expectations were more than exceeded when I walked in to purchase all-new equipment for our pool.
