Based on my personal experience, I would never recommend Harmony Ponds to clean your pond. It took them 7 weeks to schedule a day out, rather than the two they indicated when I called in early March. My pond drained half way the day after they cleaned, and when they came back to "fix" it, it drained the next day by 2/3. They don't come when they schedule appointments, and I've lost a full day of work due to that alone.
