My time at Harmony at 100% worth it. Everything about my recovery and time spend here was amazing and worth while. Harmony place incorporates the perfect balance of self help, reassurance, cognitive thought process changes, DBT therapy, therapist sessions, mindfulness, step knowledge, balanced with self love, meditation, sound and breath work, exercise, yoga, relaxation. Harmony showed me how to regain the gift of my self, my life, my inner energy, my sobriety.

I was asked to write a review before I completed the program. I gave the facility five stars but that was before I started the discharge process which totally changed my view of the facility. When I was admitted to Harmony Place they took possession of my belongings which included cash in the amount of $420 for safekeeping. However, when I completed their 30-day program, my $420 was not returned to me. To this date I must say, Harmony Place stole my cash that I entrusted to them for safekeeping.
