Hello my name is Darleen my mom was at harmony rehab for over a month the nurse name Dawn was fantastic always made sure my mom was well takin care of..She is a fantastic worker always having a smile on her face so energetic.So Dawn is a keeper .my mom came in for hip surgery and Dawn made her stay there absolutely wonderful we love her

If your loved-one is bedridden, do not send them here. All seems good during the day, but at night, after family leaves, they neglect those who cannot help themselves. Imagine what sitting in diarrhea does to one's skin after laying in it for hours. My loved-one ended up back in the ER with a UTI and sepsis after only 3 days there. 1 star is too many for this place!
