If your loved-one is bedridden, do not send them here. All seems good during the day, but at night, after family leaves, they neglect those who cannot help themselves. Imagine what sitting in diarrhea does to one's skin after laying in it for hours. My loved-one ended up back in the ER with a UTI and sepsis after only 3 days there. 1 star is too many for this place!

Harmony is a terrible facility to send a loved one. The patients are neglected and the workers are hard to find. Took over an hour to answer a call bell and I ended up walking all over the building before I could find a nurse. My family member almost passed as a result of their negligence. Even the paramedics didn’t understand why our family member was ignored for as long as they were. My father was there after surgery, and he received great care. The building was nice he had a nice room. The staff treated him with kindness and respect and was always in contact with me . I have nothing but positive things to say. Keep up the good work!

There were some very kind nurses at the facility. Hopefully your loved one doesn’t have to deal with Imani. Emma, Tameka or Felicia. They were very rude to my mother and hollered at her roommate often. They were telling my mother to do things that physical therapy told her not to attempt due to her need for back surgery. The final straw was the fact that the discharge nurse never contacted my mother or a family member. Doctor was non-existent. Never send a loved one to this center.
