This place was a nightmare. My dad was told by the aid that he was a disgrace because he had an accident in his bed. When he pressed the nurse button, no one responded for about an hour. At one point he got out of bed by himself to go to the bathroom and fell breaking his back. If I could do it all over, I would have never allowed my dad to go there but I was told they were a five star facility. There is no way that could be even slightly accurate. Very unfriendly staff except for the director who was very nice.

My mother was admitted Wednesday evening. Her roommate died the next day. She pressed the button multiple times for her roommate It was over an hour before anyone came. By the time the paramedics came she was gone. Stay away from this place. They only care about your money. It's a ghost town. Don't know how they have a 5 star rating for staffing my CMS unless they are fudging numbers

I am giving one star to this facility solely on the basis of the incompetent and lazy social worker, Juliana Frick. At every point of interaction, she has consistently failed to explain the bewildering system of navigating insurance, medicare/medicaid, and the intricacies of transferring to another longer term facility from the rehab. Worse, she has, at every single instance, failed to do her job, leaving my family to scramble and do it for her.... All while we are paying privately for this facility. My mom was moved to Concordia Harmony after being in another rehab that was awful. Aesthetically it is lovely and appears clean and inviting. The rooms are less like a hospital and warm with nice views. No medical setting is perfect and set up to meet a patient’s every demand - that’s not how insurance works, but CH has professionals that will care for your love one. My favorite uncle broke his hip at the age of 92, and had to go to rehab. I was so very glad he went to Concordia/Harmony in Monroeville. The staff was great, especially the nurse Dawn and the physical rehab team. He was very comfortable, and well taken care of. I'm incredibly grateful to Harmony and everyone who helped him there.
