I’ve always had a great experience here. They’ve squeezed me in when there were emergencies and even stayed late when my dog had parvo and needed fluids. They are fully transparent in every aspect of treatment and pricing giving you options that are informative. Staff is friendly and the Vet is phenomenal in his work. I always Highly recommend this vet to all my colleagues and friends. I’d say pricing in my personal opinion is affordable but each persons financial position would have a different opinion.
When you have an appt, made well in advance, for 8 AM, it’s extremely disappointing to be told after you are taken into a treatment room, that neither Vet would be into the office until 9 or 9:30. That……after sitting in the room for 30 min. Your choices being to leave the animal for an undetermined period of time (we were heading to Austin for the weekend after the appt) or reschedule. Harmony is the best! They have taken care of 4 of our pets in exceptional manner. We love to pay their fair and just prices for the quality of service we receive. No need to bargain for quality! Hands down the best pet animal clinic in town!!
I am updating my previous five star review with disappointment. We scheduled an appointment for our dog Nova for a straightforward visit involving evaluation and treatment of an ear infection and a rabies vaccination. We took time off work, planned in advance, and had the appointment scheduled for over a week.
