Graded this office a 4 star. The dental technician Kimmy was great! The Doctor was nice, friendly and informative. The front desk gal with thick red hair seemed irritated, not cheerful and no smiles. I called ahead of time to let them know I was running late and I hope that wasn't the reason of her irritability. I also work for an Ortho office and I believe that the first people we see when entering a pediatric office (or any office) should be smiling, very friendly and welcoming.
Our daughter went in for surgery today. The team from start to finish was absolutely amazing. Shout to Tabatha for everything she did to make it comfortable for our daughter and us. Hands down the best peds office!
All my kids have had a great experience here! The team is great with children & very friendly.
They were extremely kind at the front desk and took the time to verify my health insurance. And the dental assistant and dentist were very professional kind and quick. Each person we encountered were great with my 5 year old! Highly recommend!
