Called both locations to inquire about a rental and I was spoken to so rudely both times. They told me I had to place my order online - their website has not option to make an order. So I then email their contact to inquire about my rental options, and I’m responded to with a one sentence email saying they don’t have any tables or chairs and they can’t help me. Customer service was terrible.

Great place. Grace is on top of her game even during very busy times. If you need rental stuff this is the place to go. Very nice people, professional and the rental equpitment was perfect and clean.

Grace and her team are super friendly, very professional people. The rented equipment was in excellent shape and made for a fantastic presentation to our guests. And they accepted a last-minute order from us for Thanksgiving where most companies would have turned us away. Harmony Party Rental is fantastic!
