I also appreciate the empathy from you and your team regarding the unnecessary stress added on a growing teen with regards to the news braces. My kid got his braces done 6 weeks ago and the bracket/wire have came out twice. A rebook to see the orthodontist to fix the problem is minimum 4 to 5 days away, meaning the wire is digging into the cheek the whole time. Just posting this to share so that other people can make a more informed decision before committing a huge sum of money with this clinic. Don't be like us, stuck between a hard place and a rock.
Excellent customer service.
Got invisalign done with Harmony Orthodontics and they've been super professional and great throughout the entire process. Dr Maz is excellent and accommodates every change you want to your teeth, with her experience visible when she occasionally needed to use other ways to move certain stubborn teeth (in addition to aligners). The staff at the front desk are also always warm and welcoming. Highly rate and recommend this practice, am very happy with my teeth.
